At Bank One Ballpark, the Arizona fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel.
Brian Anderson(1-0) finally bested his Colorado opposite, Pedro Astacio(0-1),
by the score of 2 to 0.
 
Anderson gave Arizona a solid outing.  He went 8 innings and surrended up 8
hits and 1 walk.  Both teams' bats went to sleep after the 3rd inning with no
runs scored after that point.  
 
Gregg Olson earned his 2nd save.  Astacio took the loss.  He gave up 2 runs
and 4 hits in 7 innings.
