Center fielder Reggie Sanders went deep and had 4 RBI at Cinergy Field where
the Cincinnati Reds beat the Los Angeles Dodgers by the score of 10 to
2.
 
Cincinnati took the lead for good in the bottom of the 4th inning when they
came up with 2 runs on 3 hits.  The biggest moment was provided by Chris
Stynes who made the home-town crowd a happy bunch when he lashed a single
scoring two baserunners.  Los Angeles was out-hit by Cincinnati, 12 hits to
7.  
 
The victory was credited to Brett Tomko(1-0) who went 7 innings, allowing 2
runs. Ismael Valdes(0-1) suffered the loss.  He gave up 3 runs and 6 hits in
6 innings.
