First baseman Tony Clark touched them all and had 4 RBI at Camden Yards where
the Detroit Tigers beat the Baltimore Orioles 4 to 2.
 
Clark led the offense for Detroit.  He doubled plating two runs in the 3rd
inning and smashed a two-run homer in the 5th inning.  Detroit ended up with
9 hits for the game while Baltimore had 5.  
 
Greg Keagle(1-0) went 7 innings allowing 2 runs for the victory. Todd Jones
gained credit for his 1st save.  Scott Kamieniecki(0-1) was tagged with the
loss.  He pitched 6 innings allowing 6 hits and 2 walks.
