Jamie Moyer(1-0) and Jaret Wright(0-1) treated the Seattle fans to a fine
pitching duel at The Kingdome.  The Seattle Mariners eventually emerged as
victors over the Cleveland Indians by the score of 3 to 1.
 
Seattle went ahead for good in the bottom of the 3rd inning plating an
isolated run on 3 base hits.  Seattle banged out 7 hits on the night.
 
Moyer was helped out by Mike Timlin who recorded his 2nd save.
